The Bassist's Guide To Creativity
Ruts. Just that word makes me angry! We all fall into them. How to get out of them? “The Bassist’s Guide to Creativity” (by Chris Kringel,
Elderly Instruments) gives you many ways to put down the razor blade and pick up your bass! The book is full of rut-bustin’ ideas to help you think fresh again. My favorite part of the book is how it how it deals with the mental approach. It shows you many ways to tap into the creativeness inside of each of us. It also has a very practical side of setting and attaining goals. It is a great combination of the tangible and intangible aspects of playing bass. It will help you open the door to your inner musical voice and intern you will be able to share that voice with the outside world. You will become a better communicator and that’s what music is about.
